Delivery Information
What are the Delivery Methods?

There is a corresponding charge for each delivery within Singapore. 

Delivery Fulfilment Lead Time: 1-3 working days

Delivery Timing : Monday - Friday ( 09:00 - 17:00 )

Not available on Sunday & Public Holidays

Self Collection Information
How much is the delivery charge?

For orders valued at SGD 300 and above, we will offer Free Delivery within Singapore.

There will be a deliver charge (Local) of SGD 80 for orders below 300 SGD.


If your destination country is not Singapore, please email sales@future-t.com.sg for our advised shipping rates. Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please note that all international delivery times are subjected to customs clearance.

Exchange Policy
What if my product is Faulty or Defective?

Exchanging can only be done at our store, this will however be subjected to further review (on a case by case basis) 

Future Tools reserves the final right to accept or reject a return item.

Exchange can ONLY be made within 7 days from Delivery date/Receiving date.

What if I would like a Refund for my Order?
